中西医结合治疗老年人脑梗死32例总结

A Summary on 32 Cases of Brain Infarction in Aged People Treated with the Therapy of Combination of Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine

目的:评价中西医结合治疗老年人脑梗死的疗效。方法:将64例患者随机分为治疗组32例和对照组32例,治疗组采用中西医结合治疗,对照组采用西医常规治疗。结果:治疗组的神经功能评价、脑梗死病灶的变化及生活能力状态的评价均明显优于对照组。结论:中西医结合治疗脑梗死确有一定疗效。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect on brain infarction in aged people treated with the therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine. Method： 64 cases were randomly divided into 32 cases in treatment group and 32 eases in control group. Cases in the treatment group were treated with the therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine, western routine therapy was used in the control group. Resuhs： The evaluation of nerval function, changes of brain Infarction focus and life state in the treatment group were significantly superior to that in the control group. Conclusion： The therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine had sure curative effect for treating brain infarction.
