摘要
目的探讨壳聚糖的降脂作用及其机理。方法用SD雄性大鼠,随机分为高脂对照组和低、中、高三个壳聚糖剂量实验组,观察实验组与对照组给养高脂饲料28 d前后大鼠血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的变化。结果中、高剂量实验组大鼠血清总胆固醇与高脂对照组相比有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);低、中剂量实验组大鼠血清甘油三酯与高脂对照组相比有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),高剂量实验组的差异极为显著(P<0.001);低剂量实验组大鼠血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇与高脂对照组相比有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),中、高剂量实验组的差异极为显著(P<0.001)。结论壳聚糖具有显著降低高血脂大鼠的血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的作用和提高血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的作用。
Objectlve To study the chitosan declines the fat action and its mechanisms. Methods Used the big rat of male of SD,random divided into the high fat compare group and the experiment groups of the low ,medium and high amount chitosans,observe the big rat's change of TC,TG and HDL-C in the before and back feed the high fat fodder in 28 days between experiment group and compare group. Results The serum TC of big rat of the medium,high dose experiment group with the high fat compare group had very huge difference(P〈0.01). The serum TG of big rat fo the low,medlum dose experiment groups with the high fat compare group had distinct difference (P〈0. 01),The high dose experiment group had extremely distinct difference (P〈0. 001). The serum LDL-C and HDL-C with high fat compare group had very huge difference (P〈0.01). The medium,high amount experiment groups had extremely distinct difference (P〈0. 001). Conclusion Chitosan has the distinct action of reduce the big rat's serum TC,TG,LDL-C and increase the HDL-C.
