摘要 测试了激光熔覆生物陶瓷涂层与基体的结合强度、涂层抗弯、抗拉和抗压强度,并计算了弹性模量。结果表明,稀土能够提高涂层与基体的结合强度、抗弯及抗拉强度,但降低了涂层的抗压强度。稀土在激光熔覆条件下充分扩散传质弥散分布于涂层熔池内,分散的稀土颗粒促进晶体形核和成长,细化晶粒,强化涂层。激光熔覆涂层复合材料满足生理条件下的强度要求。 This paper reported the role of rare-earth in strength of the laser clad coating. The bonding strength between the substrate and the coating, the bending, the compressing, tensile strength and elastic modulus of the coating were also determined. These results show that the bonding strength, the bending and tensile strength between the coating and substrate are enhanced by adding rare-earth to ceramic raw powders, but the compressing strength is decreased. Rare-earth can be adequately dispersed in the melting pool by laser cladding, and the coating strength is improved by making the coat fine-grain. This coating could satisfy the requirements of strength as bioceramic coating.
