摘要
采用氧瓶燃烧和离子选择电极技术快速测定了7种过滤嘴香烟的氟含量,其相对标准偏差和回收率分别为4.48%(n=5)和(102.1±4.2)%(n=5)。所分析的香烟含氟量((?)±s)为11.936±2.126μg/支或14.408±2.258μg/g。对于探讨吸烟对人体健康的危害程度和机制具有重要意义。
The fluoride contents in seven kinds of filter cigarettes were determined quickly by oxygen-flask combustion and ion-selective electrode technique. The relative standard deviation and the recovery ((?)±s) of this method were 4.48%(n = 5)and (102.1 ±4.2)%(n = 5),respectively. The fluoride content((?)±s)in the cigarettes analysed was 11.936 ±2.126g/per cigarette or 14.408 ±2.258μg/g. It is of great importance for us to make an inquiry into the extent and mechanism of harming health from smoke.
