新型鸭肝炎病毒感染雏鸭血液生化指标的动态变化 被引量:7

摘要 用新型鸭肝炎病毒人工感染9日龄健康樱桃谷雏鸭,对感染雏鸭的临床症状、病理变化进行观察,并测定了感染雏鸭在接种后12、24、48、96、168 h和14 d时血糖、谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶等13项血液生化指标。结果表明:血清葡萄糖含量(G lu)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(GLB)均降低,仅总蛋白在接毒后24 h有一过性升高;血清谷草转氨酶(A ST/GOT)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT/GPT)的活性升高;胆碱酯酶(CHE)仅在接毒后12 h明显升高。碱性磷酸酶(ALP)在接毒后12、24和96 h表现出明显变化,其中接毒后12 h和96 h呈降低状态,接毒后24 h升高。血清尿酸(UA)的浓度在接毒后168 h降至最低值,以后便恢复正常。血清肌酐(CRE)的含量在接毒后12 h降低,随后在24 h升高,其他时间无变化。血清钙(C a)、磷(P)变化无明显规律。血清α-淀粉酶(-αAm y lase)活性在整个试验期间无明显变化。说明新型鸭肝炎病毒感染雏鸭血清葡萄糖、总蛋白、白蛋白含量和谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶活性的变化规律与患1型鸭肝炎雏鸭的变化规律相一致。 Nine-day old ducklings were inoculated with new type duck hepatitis virus. The clinical symptoms and gross lesion of infected ducklings were observed. And 13 of serum biochemical indexes were determined at 12 h, 24 h, 48 h, 72 h, 168 h, and 14 d post inoculation(PI). The results showed that:The levels of serum Glu,TP,ALB,GLB were dropped significantly. The activities of serum AST ,ALT began to increased significantly at 24 h PI. The activities of CHE increased significantly at 12 h after inoculation. The concentration of CRE decreased at 12 h and increased at 24 h PI. There were a lot of changes hut have no roles in the activities of ALP,the concentration of UA,Ca and P. There were no changes in the activities of serum α-Amylase. The study implied that the levels of serum Glu,TP, ALB,GLB, the activities of serum AST, ALT of ducklings infected with nerw type duck hepatitis virus were similar to which of ducklings infected with 1 type duck hepatitis virus.
