用从甘肃采集的甘肃血蜱人工感染试验羊,观察其临床症状、血液学及抗体水平的变化。在试验中,试验羊表现出2个高温峰,裂殖体在第2个高温期出现。血液学观察表明,裂殖体产生阶段对试验羊造成的危害最大。通过对试验羊临床症状、血液学及抗体水平变化的统计学分析,表明3者之间存在一定的关联。

The tested sheep was infected artificiallv by the Haemaphysalis qinghaiensis ticks collected from Gansu province and the changes about the symptoms, hematology and antibody were observed, In the test ,the sheep showed two peaks of fever and the schizonts occured in the second high temperature period, The observation of the hematology indicated the harm to the sheep presented in the period of the schzonts bringing, The statistic analysis of clinic symptom,hematology and antibody indicated that there were some correlations among them.
