一种新型的体外加载培养装置

摘要 目的设计一种能在体外培养条件下对离体组织块进行加载的应力装置。方法利用自行设计的体外加载系统,将6例因股骨颈骨折而行全髋关节置换术的老年患者股骨头关节软骨组织加工成一定几何形状,进行不同频率、不同载荷值的压应力,与螺旋测微仪定量施压法比较,行线性回归分析。结果用自行设计的加载系统加载后对关节软骨造成的形变率与传统的螺旋测微仪加载法结果基本相同,且前者反应数据的稳定性要明显优于后者。结论自行设计的加载系统对于体外软骨组织块的力学研究是一种较为理想方法。 Objective To design a set of loading culture in vitro system. Methods Select randomly 6 patients not related with bone and skeleton diseases, to recive total hip replacement for fracture of femoral neck either side. Collect their articular cartilage explants from the removed femoral heads. The confined compression was classified to several groups according to frequency (0, 0.01, 0.1 and 1Hz) and magnitude (0, 0.5, 1 and 1.5 MPa). We analyzed the results via lineal regression in contrast to the control, which was processed by micrometry. Results The designed device was able to cope with the demand, and the result was similar to the traditional method. Furthermore, the data yielded by the device were more stabile than the latter. Conclusion The self-designed device is an ideal product for the biomechanical research of cartilage explants and other shaped tissue plants.
