超声晶氧声学造影对输卵管源性不孕症的诊断价值 被引量:3

The Diagnostic Value of Sonosalpingography(SSG) with pro-drug Carbamide Peroxide for Ultrasonic Contrast(PDCP)in the Infertility Caused by Tubal Obstruction

摘要 目的评价超声晶氧声学造影术对输卵管源性不孕症的诊断价值。方法选择不孕症妇女94例,采用超声晶氧作为造影剂,行经阴道超声引导下子宫输卵管造影术,其中49例行X-线子宫输卵管碘油造影检查。结果双侧输卵管通畅38例,部分通畅34例,输卵管阻塞22例,超声晶氧声学造影与碘油造影检查的符合率为84%。结论超声晶氧声学造影术可作为一种评价输卵管通畅性的有效方法。 Objective To assess the diagnostic value of SSG with PDCP in the infertility caused by tubal obstruction. Methods 94 cases of infertility were underwent SSG-PDCP by transvaginal ultrasonography and the X ray hysterosalpingography (HSG) with iodine solution were perfomed in 49 of 94 cases. Results 38 cases both sides of fallopian tube were passable, 34 cases with one side passable and other side partially passable or impassable, 22 cases both sides impassable. The concordant rate between SSG-PDCP and HSG was 84%. Conclusions SSG PDCP is an effetive method in the diagnosis of tubal patency.
