摘要
目的:观察降钙素基因相关肽免疫阳性神经末梢在成人阴茎包皮和包皮系带内的形态分布特点,比较阳性神经末梢在阴茎包皮和包皮系带内分布密度的差异。方法:实验于2004-09/2005-05在浙江大学医学院解剖实验室完成,选取新鲜成年男性尸体(年龄22-40岁,家属同意捐献)阴茎标本22例,应用免疫组织化学方法观察阴茎包皮及包皮系带内降钙素基因相关肽免疫阳性神经末梢的图像吸光度(A)值。结果:正常成人阴茎包皮及包皮系带内均有棕色的降钙素基因相关肽免疫阳性神经末梢存在,这些神经末梢主要位于表皮基底层和棘细胞层内,呈树枝状或念珠状分布,大多成束走行。阴茎系带处降钙素基因相关肽免疫阳性神经末梢的分布密度明显大于阴茎包皮处(2.80±0.35, 1.30±0.42,t=-2.23.P<0.01)。结论:包皮系带内含有浓密的降钙素基因相关肽降免疫阳性神经末梢, 且包皮系带是阴茎部位感觉极敏锐的区域,提示钙素基因相关肽参与了.阴茎包皮及包皮系带感觉信息的传递。
AIM:To study the characteristics of distribution of ealeitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) immunoreaetive positive nerve terminals in the prepuce of penis and frenulum of prepuce in adult human and compare the distributive density of CGRP immunoreactive positive nerve terminals in both the prepuce of penis and the frenulum of prepuce. METHODS:The experiment was peffornmd from September 2004 to May 2005 in laboratory of anatomy of Medical College of Zhejiang University. A total of 22 fresh penile specimens of adult cadavers from 22 to 40 years old (their family member agreed to contribute)were selected.The optical absorbance (A) of CGRP immunoreactive positive nerve terminals in both the prepuce of penis and the frenulum of prepuce was detected with immunohistoehenfical method. RESULTS:In the prepuce of penis and frenulum of prepuce of normal adults brown CGRP immunnreactive positive nerve terminals, which were mainly observed,existed at the basal stratum and spinous stratum of epidermis.These nerve terminals were arborescent and beady in appearance, distributing in a cluster.The distributive density of these nerve terminals was significantly higher in frenulum of penis than that in prepuce of penis (2.80±0.35,1.30±0.42 ,t =- 2.23. P 〈 0.01 ). CONCLUSION:There are bushy CGRP immunoreactive positive nerve terminals in frenulum of prepuce where is extremely sensitive region of penis, It is indicated that CGRP takes part in the transmission of sensation message in the prepuce of penis and frenulum of prepuce.
