皮肤僵硬综合征1例

A case of stiff skin syndrome

报告1例皮肤僵硬综合征。患儿女,14岁。幼年起左下肢外侧自髋部至踝上方出现大片褐色斑,边界清楚,质坚如石,皮损表面毛发增多。皮损组织病理检查示真皮增厚,胶原纤维增粗,呈均质化,胶原束间阿新蓝染色阳性。

A case of stiff skin syndrome is reported.A 14-year-old female presented with large brown plaques on her left leg for 10 years,which developed from the buttock to the lateral malleolus.The lesions were as hard as stone with a clear edge and growing hairs on them.Histologic examination showed that the thickness of the dermis was increased with widened collagen fibers and homogenization.The alcian blue staining was positive between the collagen fibers.
