皮肤B细胞淋巴细胞瘤1例

Cutaneous B cell lymphocytoma:a case report

报告1例皮肤B细胞淋巴细胞瘤。患者男,59岁。双侧颜面、耳郭起红色结节,反复发作4年。组织病理检查示真皮内弥漫性淋巴样细胞浸润。免疫组化染色结果示:CD20、CD79α阳性,CD3、CD45RO均阴性。组织病理学诊断:皮肤B细胞淋巴细胞瘤。

A male patient aged 59had nodules on his face and auricles for 4 years,istopathology showed that there was a diffuse infiltration of lymphocytoma in the dermis/Immunohistochemistry revealed that the infiltrated cells were positive to the antibodies of CD20 and CDα and negative to the antibodies of CD3 and CD45RO.The diagnosis of histopathology was cutaneous B cell lymphocytoma
