伊曲康唑、氟康唑与特比萘芬联合治疗肺隐球菌病1例 被引量:3

The combination treatment of itraconazole,fluconazole and terbinafine for one case of pulmonary cryptococcosis

摘要 采用伊曲康唑、氟康唑与特比萘芬联合治疗1例肺隐球菌病。患者男,48岁。发热、咳嗽、右肺部出现大片阴影27d。经皮肺穿刺活检,确诊为肺隐球菌病。给予氟康唑150mg/d、特比萘芬250mg/d口服治疗,1个月后复查胸部X线片及CT,肺部病变明显好转,但随后恢复较慢,改用伊曲康唑200mg/d联合特比萘芬250mg/d口服治疗3个月后,肺部阴影完全消失。 A 48-year-old man had fever, cough and a mass shadow in the right lung for 27 days, who was diagnosed as pulmorary cryptocoeeosis through the biopsy of pereutaneous lung puncture. The patient was treated with flueonazole (150mg/d) combined with terbinafine (250 rag/d). One month after the treatment, the obvious improvement was confirmed by X-ray and CT. Then the combination treatment of itraconazole (200 rag/d) and terbinafine (250 rag/d) was used for three months. After that the patient was cured completely.
