摘要
本研究采用体外着床后全胚胎培养方法,观察了V2O5对小鼠胚胎生长发育的影响,结果显示,V2O5浓度达15mg/l时可影响胚胎的生长发育和形态分化,导致胚胎畸形率增加。在15mg/l以下浓度仅显示个别动物生长发育受影响,无明显的剂量-反应关系。
In this experiment,the effects of V 2O 5 on mouse embryo cultured in vitro were studied.Vanadium Pentoxide was added to 48h culture of 8.5 day whole mouse embryos.At concentration 15.0mg/l,embryonic growth retardation and dysmorphogenesis were observed,including reduced yolk sac diameter,head length,number of somite pairs,embryonic protein and DNA contents,and neural tube defects,deficite in axial rotation,brain development defects.At concentration 10.0mg/l and below,V 2O 5 had no apprent effects on embryonic growth and morphogenesis.This result consists with results in vivo.In comparison with effect of V 2O 5 on rat embryo cultured,indicated rat is more sensitive than mouse to developmental toxicity of vanadium.
