摘要
本文通过现代技术手段对在CoCrMo生物金属材料基体上建立TiN和Al2O3复合涂层进行了研究。采用射频等离子技术进行涂层制备;运用电化学技术和原子吸收光谱测定复合涂层的保护性效果。结果表明这种复合涂层极大地增强了人工假体在人体生理环境中的抗侵蚀能力,能完全有效地防止金属基材的有害离子释放。
The TiN and Al 2O 3 composite ceramic coatings on CoCrMo biological metal substrate are investigated in this paper.The coating preparation was carried out by advanced RF plasma spray and the protective effect of the two combined films was evaluated with electrochemical techniques and Atomic Absorption Spectrum.The results obtained have showed that this composite ceramic coatings materially enhances the corrosion resistivity of the prosthesis to biological environment of human body and effectively eliminates the release of harmful metal ions.It can be conclued that our study will be the foundation of permanent implantation of metallic based prosthesis within human body.
