摘要
本文主要介绍采用金相分析和SEM分析方法,结合宏观组织观察、化学成分分析、力学性能测试等手段,对摩托车前叉立管断裂现象进行了失效分析。研究结果表明,前叉立管在周期应力作用的环境中使用,非常容易形成疲劳裂纹,由此导致了摩托车前叉立管的断裂现象。
The failure analysis of the fracture in the rertical shaft of the froat fork of motorcycle has been performed by means of macro-examination,chemical analysis,mechanical test,metallography and SEM,etc.The investigation shows that the vertical shaft of the front fork is subject to fatigue flaw due to the cyclic stress,which leads to the fracture of the vertical shaft.
