摘要
本文介绍采用三维动态增强磁共振血管成像技术经静脉快速注射顺磁性对比剂,智能追踪对比剂到达靶血管的峰值时间,快速梯度序列行下肢动脉扫描,配合后处理得到良好的下肢动脉三维血管树的方法。作为一种具有无辐射、无创伤、并发症少、成像速度快、空间分辨率高、扫描范围大等明显优势的新型影像学检查技术,三维增强磁共振血管成像可以满足诊断下肢动脉疾病的临床要求,并易被患者接受有较高价值。
This article introduces three dimensional dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance angiography was performed with test bolus injection of a small dose of the contrast medimn, Gd-DTPA was used to monitor the optimal enhancement of the artery in order to calculate the best start timing of data acquisition. After large doses injection of Gd-DTPA, the acquisition was applied with the delayed time to acquire the enhanced imaging. Further post-processing was performed with the pre-and post-enhancement images of the same anatomic position in order to acquire the 3D peripheral MRA. As a noninvasive, non-radiation, less-complication, fast-acquisition, highresolution, useful technique for vascular imaging with large scan area,3D DCE-MRA is better accepted by the patients than intm-arterial DSA, and has a fairly accurate diagnosis for peripheral arterial stenosis disease in this study. 3D CE-MRA can replace DSA.
