在新的历史条件下,党群关系表现出多方面的不和谐,造成党群关系不和谐现象既有经济因素和政治法制因素,又有党的执政能力因素和作风因素,为了更好地执政为民,构建和谐社会,要从多方面入手采取有效措施,建立互动型的党群关系,推进党群关系和谐化。

Under today＇s new historical situation, the somewhat unharmonious relationship between the CPC members and the masses is caused by quite a lot of reasons including factors of economy, politics and laws, the governing ability and working style of the CPC. It is of necessity for the CPC to take efficient measures to improve its relationship with the masses so as to well govern the country and to build a harmonious society in China.
