在壮族历史法律文化的长河中,壮族刑事习惯法是壮族习惯法的重要内容,曾经是国家刑事制定法的重要补充。新中国成立之前,在壮族聚居区,壮族刑事习惯法长期以来是调控、稳定社会秩序的重要的习惯法,其财产刑的广泛适用,寻求与国家刑事制定法的结合,在今天仍然对处理民族刑事习惯法与国家刑事制定法的关系有着积极意义。

In the law history of Zhuang Nationality conventional criminal law for Zhuang nationality was an important part of the conventional law for Zhuang nationality as well as an important supplement to the national criminal law, which had once been the most important conventional law used to safeguard the stability in the inhabiting areas of the Zhuang nationality. Its penalty of property damaging crime and its proper joint with the national criminal law are still of positive significance to how to deal with the relation between conventional criminal law for minority nationalities and the national criminal law.
