商业银行在经营过程中受环境因素的影响较大,特别是外部环境对其经营结果产生较大的冲击。因此要全面考核商业银行的经营绩效,就必须分析影响商业银行的外部环境和内部环境及其影响过程,这样以环境分析为基础的银行绩效考核就能比较客观真实地反映银行的经营成果,商业银行并能有针对性地采取相应措施进一步提升其绩效管理水平。

The environmental factor influences the commercial bank greatly and especially the exterior environment produces bigger impact during the period of business operation. Therefore, in order to completely appraise the performance of commercial bank, we have to analyze the exterior environment and internal environment of the commercial bank and its influence process. Thus, on the basis of the environmental analysis, the performance appraisal of commercial bank can reflect the management result more objectively, and the commercial bank can also adopt the corresponding measures so as to further promote its performance management level.
