Construction of the building enterprise's integrated managerial information database

针对中国建筑企业项目化管理中存在的问题,采用理论分析与图示结合的方法进行研究,指出了传统的建筑施工项目管理三大目标分离控制的弊病,描述了施工项目集成化管理信息资料库的特点,从信息编码和管理组织结构两方面构建了建筑施工项目管理信息资料库。实践证明,该资料库有利于施工企业的决策者的决策控制。

To solve the problems that apparear in the project management, the article uses me meory analysis and pictorial method to point out the disadvantage that traditional method has： the separation of controlling the three aims of the management of builing projects. The article expounds the characteristics of the integrated information database, from aspects of establishing the information code system and management organization structure to construct the integrated information data base. The result shows that the information database can help managers to control the project effectively.
