WTO和EU分别是全球经济一体化和区域经济一体化发展的产物和典型代表。从这两个国际组织法律制度的分析可以更清楚地了解全球经济一体化和区域经济一体化之间的关系,从而可以促进国际经济一体化的这两种存在形式的协调与共同发展,实现国际贸易自由化的目标,并且也可以偃息法学界关于全球经济一体化与区域经济一体化相互关系的争论。

We can know more clearly the relations between the the global economic integration and regionaleconomic integration from the two international organizations. So we can promote the harmanization and the common development of the two integrating modes in order to realize the aid of intenational free trade. And it is helpful to calm down the debate of the relationship between the global economic integration and regional economic integration in the circle of law.
