抗战时期国共两党在土地政策上的合作与互动

The Cooperation and Interaction of CPC and KMT Land Policy in the Period of Anti-Japanese War

中国人多地少,土地问题积累的大量矛盾,常常引起整个社会动荡和不安。全面抗战爆发后,在中华民族生死存亡关头,国共两党都对土地政策做了相应调整,实现了国共第二次合作,为抗战胜利奠定了基础。因此,探讨中国共产党土地政策转变的原因及其对国民党土地政策变化的影响,指出两党求同存异、良性互动,制定出合乎实际、行之有效的土地政策,对于维系统一战线,保证抗战胜利功不可没,其深远的社会影响亦不应被忽视。

The problem of land in history was always the root of turbulences and confusions of whole society. In the period of the War of Resistance Against Japan, this problem became more dangerous. To win the war, both CPC and Kuomintang （KMT） adjusted the land policy to the new situations. After the war broke out, as we know, CPC formulated the strategy of United Front, and declared to unite and struggle with Kuomintang. In this paper, the author tries to explain the reasons of the change of CPC＇ s land policy, and point out how this change affected KMT＇ s land policy. At last, the author will argue this interesting interaction and cooperation between CPC and KMT made historic contribution to the great victory against Japan.
