Social Boundary and Harmonious Society

边界在国家之间、动物的群体之间以及人类社会中是一个广泛存在的现象。边界的一个重要功能是:对内构成安全、认同和信任;对外构成识别的标志,避免越界和冲突。边界是和谐的前提。以边界的视角来看待我国转型时期和谐社会的建构,财产权的界定与保护,政府权力的边界与责任,是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要方面,而这两者又有赖于法治和宪政的推进与完善。

The boundary is a common phenomenon among different countries, groups of animals, human beings, etc. The important functions of the boundary are safety, agreement and faith for the inside, and important sign for distinguishing different countries, for avoiding aggression and conflict. The boundary is the first condition for building harmonious society during the transformation of the society. It is an important aspect for us to take the construction of our harmonious society, the protection of property rights, and the government＇ s power and responsibilities as the boundary. However, the above -mentioned are based on the improvement of law system and constitutionalism.
