Some Problems in Percutaneous Internal Fixation for Fracture of Femoral Neck with Steinmann's Pin

作者就１９８２～１９９４年经皮斯氏针固定治疗股骨颈骨折资料完整的１２３例病人，分前后二阶段统计，发现后阶段经皮斯氏针固定治疗股骨颈骨折的疗效优秀率为８４．２％，前阶段疗效优秀率为６８．２％。文章分析了疗效差别的原因，提出骨折应早期准确的复位，穿针应近平行于股骨颈区压力骨小梁和张力骨小梁，需符合生物力学要求，并提出防止术后并发症的一些措施和临床体会。

We report 123 cases of femoral neck frecture from 1982 to 1994.It is divided into two periods,One and half to eleven years followup shows that result of first period excellent rat is 68.2 percent and second one is 84.2 percent.Result of second period is better than the first one,The article analyzes this different causes and suggestes to treat femoral neck fracture.It is important to reduce accurately and fixate early.Steinmann's Pin must be set to parallel to the pressure and tension trabecular bone of femoral neck,so it can be according to biomechanic principle.The operative method,indications and prevention of postoperative complication are recommended.
