摘要
测定了不同冷轧辊用钢的端淬曲线、奥氏体晶粒度和接触疲劳寿命,结果表明:新型冷轧辊用钢的淬透深度达35~40 mm,且具有低的过热敏感性和高的接触疲劳寿命.
The end queching curve, the grain size of austenite and the contact fatigue life of different steels used for cold roll were measured. The test results showed that the quenching depth of new steels used for cold roll more than 35-40 mm ,and have lowe overheating sensitivity and higher contact fatigue life.
