摘要
着重探讨了某液压泵延寿中所遇到的滑靴失效问题,结合实验对此作了较为详细的分析和计算;研究了滑靴静压支承机理,根据Navier-Stocks公式对滑靴靴底的两种设计计算方法所得的流场流态作了分析对比,得到了重要结论。指出了以往设计的不足,采用流体力学等方法对滑靴进行了优化改进设计。实验证明所采用的措施使产品的寿命超过750h,从而使该液压泵的研制获得突破性进展。
Failure analysis of slipping shoe in life extension of aeronautical hydraulic pumps was addressed. The work was carried out based on the comparison of analysis computation with experiments. The slippery shoe static pressure supporting mechanism was studied, and flow field stream form of shoe's bottom was then computed based on Navier-Stocks equation. It was done by using two kinds of design algorithms. The resulting conclusions were compared. The shortcomings of original design of the product was also pointed out, and improved optimal design was performed using the methods such as hydromechanics. Practical tests proved that the improved redesign measures makes the life span of product to exceed 750 hours, and thus greatly benefit for the development of this type of hydraulic pumps.
