摘要
作者设计了将锯下的棘突椎板原位再植及横卧式自体椎弓重建术，用于腰椎后路手术１５例，优良率为８６．６％。在去除椎管内病变后，最大限度地恢复了腰椎解剖结构，避免了医源性腰椎不稳及术后瘢痕粘连所致的症状复发。
The authors designed a procedure of self-lamina of vertebral arches transverse replantation in the posterior route operation for 15 cases.The results showed 86.6% of the patients were excellent.It resumes lumbar vertebral anatomical structure maximally after focal debridement in the vertebral canal,avoids iatrogenic unstable lumbar vertebra and adhensive scar after operation.
