Measuring Vcconsistence of Fruit with Indirect Method of Absorption Spectrophotometry for Ultrsviolet Spectrum

摘要 用 I_3—间接紫外吸光光度法测定11种水果中的 V_c 含量,并进行了重复实验和回收实验。其结果:V_c 含量在0—0.99mmmol/dg 之间;回收率在92.8%-100%之间。该方法准确度较好,且方法简便,灵敏度可达0.025mmol/kg 可用于新鲜水果中 V_c 的快速、简易测定。 VC consisistence of 11 species fruit were measured by indirect I3s method d absorption spectrotometry for ultraviolet spectrum and also repeated and recoreried triMs.The results showed that the VC consistence was 0.116-10. 872nmol/kg the recovery rate was 92.05%-107.09%. The method was simplified but the accuracy and semsitivity was less difference. The sensitivity was little to 0.025mmol/kg, it is simple immediate method to measure for VC consistence of fresh fruit.
