Updating Teaching Ideas Is the Key to Innovative Teaching Methods in Higher Vocational Education

进入新世纪以来,高职教育在培养目标上已切实转为培养面向生产和服务第一线的高级技术应用型人才。在教学观念上已从“以学科为中心”调整为“以能力为中心”来指导教学。因此,只有更新传统教育观念,树立以人为本、师生互动、自主学习等新的教学理念,高职教育才能建立新的师生互动等新的教学模式,才能培养出生产、服务第一线需要的应用型的人才。

Since the beginning of the new century, the objective of higher vocational education has been directed to train hi-tech practical talents for the production and service frontiers. The teaching concept has been shifted from ＂discipline-centered＂ to ＂capacity-centered＂ to guide teaching. Hence, only by updating traditional teaching concepts, and building up people-oriented, teacher-student interactive, and spontaneous-study new teaching ideas, can higher vocational education set up new teaching modes such as teacher-student interaction, and train practical talents needed by the production and service frontiers.
