椎板减压钛网椎管成形的临床应用 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]介绍椎板减压后钛网椎管成形,后路脊柱融合的方法和体会,评价其在椎板减压临床病例中的效果。[方法]26例需椎板减压患者在常规椎管减压解除神经根及硬膜囊压迫后,应用钛网行椎管成形,后路脊柱融合。分别于术后3、6、9、12个月、1.5 a进行X线片、CT、MR I检查1次。[结果]所有患者手术切口均一期愈合,术后3个月钛网被自体骨固定,位置良好,椎体稳定,硬膜外无明显瘢痕压迫。[结论]椎板减压后钛网椎管成形后路融合有利于维持手术效果,减少腰椎手术失败综合征的发生。 [ Objective] To introduce the application of titanium rete and bone allograft after laminectomy, and evaluate its clinical effect. [Method] A total of 26 patients who need to be treated with lamineetomy were performed with spinal eanal decompression and vertebral canal reeonstruction by using titanium rete. The clinical effect was observed through X-ray, CT, MRI postoperatively at 3, 6, 9, 12, 15 months. [ Result] Operative incision healed in early stage. Three month after operation, the titanium rete was fixed by self-bone, the vertebral showed stable, and the cord showed no compression. [ Conclusion] The technique of titanium rete vertebral reconstruetion and bone allografi can restore the posterior construction, decrease surgical failure syndrome, and maintain the good effect after operation.
