阐述了影响医疗安全的5个主要因素;采用案例分析的方法,重点归纳和总结了护理工作中影响医疗安全和医疗质量的重要因素,并结合工作实际提出了具体的对策与思路。
This article addresses that there are 5 factors resulting in medical safety with case analysis and summary the major factors about medical safety within nurse working. In the end, the detailed method and thinking are suggestion.
