假体歪斜是隆鼻术最常见的并发症，主要是由于分离腔穴不对称所致，根据情况可通过非手术及手术的方法加以矫正。鼻尖处皮肤菲薄及假体顶破皮肤脱出，是隆鼻术较重的并发症，主要是分离腔穴过浅及假体过大所致，只有通过手术尽量早处理。另外还有鼻尖或鼻背部显示假体轮廓、假体上端过高、术后出现轻度驼峰等并发症。总之，隆鼻术中腔穴分离的好坏及假体雕刻的优劣，在防止隆鼻术并发症及不满意结果中起到致关重要的作用。
