基于博弈分析的证券监管效率研究

A Study of the Securities Supervision Efficiency on the Basis of Gaming Theory

本文运用博弈论理论建立我国证券监管的博弈模型,分析证券监管者与证券市场经济主体之间的策略互动关系,并提出了提高我国证券市场监管效率应加强对监管者的监管等若干政策性建议。

The present paper analyzes the interactive relationship between securities supervisors and the subjects of the security market on the basis of gaming theory. It puts forth some policy suggestions, one of which is that the supervision of the supervisors should be strengthened to raise the efficiency of supervision of China^s security market.
