针对澄海区水资源管理上存在的问题,结合社会经济发展及水利现代化建设对水资源管理提出的新要求,提出建立适应社会主义市场经济的水资源管理的方法措施。

Considering the problems lying in the managing of water resources and the new demands that appear in the development of social economy and the modem construction of water resources, the paper puts forward the idea of setting up measures that can suit the managing of water resources in the socialist market economy.
