谈《拿破仑法典》的经济价值取向

Napoleon paid much attention to the formulationulation of codes. Laws are the means for ruling,and a ruler will first take into account the meffectiveness and the orientation of value when he is formulating a law. Napoleon codes were the laws,guided by the new bourgeois legal principles, and in legal forms, to ensure the development of capitalist industry and commerce.
