速效救心丸治疗冠心病临床研究

Clinical research on CHD treated with pills for rapidly rescuring heart diseases

对51例CHD患者行冠状动脉造影术,结果示:痰瘀型患者冠脉病变以多支、重度狭窄为主,同血瘀型患者相比有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);前者伴心梗且左室收缩功能异常;说明血瘀、痰瘀互结与冠脉病变程度关系密切,而痰瘀互结与心梗有一定关系.提示CHD中医病理变化(气虚、血瘀、痰瘀互结等)自轻而重发展与西医冠脉病变在一定程度上的一致性.加服速效救心丸之痰瘀型患者心绞痛缓解显效率明显提高,与血瘀型患者相比差异显著(p<0.05),提示该药作用机理是加强和改善心主血脉、主神志之功能.

Authors have examined 51 CHD cases with cardiangico-graphy, and have analyzed the relationship between syndrome of TCM and coronary arterial degree of pathological change , it has been suggested that ,coronary arterial pathological change, with branchs is predominont in phlegm-stasis mogel cases with CHD and coronary stenosis is serious,compared with blood stasis model,it has remarkable deviation(p<0. 01). It has been show that blood stasis and phlegm turbidity are relevant to degree of pathological changes,and too,phlegm turbidity conjuc-tion between phlegm and bloof-stasis have something to do with myocardial infraction. It has been suggested that TCM patholgical process develops gradually from light degree to serious, to some extent,be consistent with coronary arterial degree of pathological changes.Taking pills for rapidly rescuing heart diseases singnifi-cant curetine rate and the total curetine rate. of relievable angina is increasing. It has been show that mechanism of the pill for rapidly-rescuring heart disease may strength and improve on function that heart is in charge of mental activities and that the heart governs the blood circulation.
