摘要
金1井处于准噶尔盆地南缘从山前构造到盆地腹地之间的过渡带,设计目的层深,钻遇多套复杂地层。如上部极易坍塌的砾石层、安集海异常高压层、塔西河沙湾的缩径,给钻井施工增加了相当大的难度。结合以上地层特点,实钻中根据预计的八大难题,提出了具体的解决方案,如合理确定井身结构、安全钻穿砾石层、加快深井钻井速度技术、保证井眼稳定的钻井液技术、深井固井技术、安集海复杂地层安全钻井技术等,基本解决了各种复杂情况。
Jin 1 locates in the transitional zone between the foothill structural zone and the hinterland of the Junggar basin,the target zone is deep and we have to meet complex formation.For example the gravel top,which is easy to collapse,the abnormal high pressure of Anjihai formation,the undergauge happened in Taxi river and Shawan formation.All these problems bring great difficulty to our operation.In consideration of the speciality of the formation mentioned above,we propose a concrete and particular scheme according to the eight major problems we will encounter during the real operation.The scheme included how to design the well depth structure properly,how to safely drill through the gravel top,the technology to quicken the deep well drilling speed,the drilling fluid technology to ensure the stability of the well bore,the deep well cementing technology and the technology which help bore,the deep well cementing technology and the technology which help us to drill through the complex formation of Anjihai.So we solve the various complex problems on the whole.
