摘要 CO2腐蚀长期困绕黄桥CO2气田的开发。文章根据黄桥CO2气田腐蚀现状和特征,分析其腐蚀异常的原因,并选用4种管材开展含水CO2的高温高压模拟试验。结果发现,现有的油套管材料P-110和N-80在高温高压CO2条件下对管壁产生严重腐蚀;9Cr管材耐CO2腐蚀性差,有轻微的点蚀;13Cr管材基本不发生腐蚀,可以满足CO2气井正常生产的要求。上述研究成果对正在开采的气井和新钻井的井下选材具有指导意义。 The development of Huangqiao Gasfield has always been puzzled by CO_(2) corrosion for years.Aimed at the present situation and feature of CO_(2)corrosion in Huangqiao Gasfield,the paper analyses the cause of the corrosion.Four kinds of tubular goods were selected to conduct simulation test of high temperature and high pressure of CO_(2).The result has shown that the tubular goods P-110 and N-80 will cause serious corrosion in pipe wall under the condition of high temperature and high pressure of CO_(2);the tubular goods 9Cr is poor in corrosion resistance and has some spot corrosion;the tubular goods 13Cr hardly causes any corrosion and can meet the demands of production of CO_(2) gas well.The result has provided scientific basis for the selection of tubular goods of CO_(2) gas well.
