摘要
观察田七注射液治疗慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)的临床疗效,并探讨其作用机制。选择CRF患者52例,随机分为治疗组(28例)、对照组(24例),均在常规治疗的基础上,治疗组予以田七注射液,对照组予以肾安注射液,4周为1疗程,观察治疗前后临床症状、体征、肾功能及白细胞介素-8(IL-8)的变化。结果总有效率治疗组为85.71%,对照组为58.33%(P<0.01);2组治疗后各项肾功能指标及IL-8水平均有改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论田七注射液能有效改善和保护CRF患者肾功能,延缓CRF进程,其作用机制可能与降低炎症因子水平及抑制炎症因子对肾脏的损害有关。
To investigate the therapeutic effect of Tianqi Injection on treating chronic renal failure （ CRF ） and its possible mechanism. 52 patients with CRF were randomized into the treating group （n=28） and the control group （n=24）, Base on the routine therapy, Tianqi Injection was used to the treating group additionally, and Amino Acid Injection was used to the control group, 4 weeks constituted one treatment course. The changes of clinical symptoms, renal function and interleukin-8 （IL-8 ）were observed before and after treatment. Results： The total effective rate was 85.71% in treating group and 58.33% in control group （P〈0.01）. After treatment, the serum levels of indexes of renal function and IL-8 were signiticanfly decreased in 2 groups after treatment （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）, and the effect of treating group was better than that in the control group（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion： It was suggested that Tianqi Injection could improve renal function of patients with CRF, and delay CRF progression by decreasing inflammation factors such as IL-8, inhibiting these inflammation factor damaging the kidney.
