浸润对超声波提取黄酮类化合物的影响 被引量:4

摘要 以蒙山九州虫草子座干粉为材料研究超声波提取技术的最佳工艺条件,同时考察浸润对黄酮类化合物提取得率的影响。在单因子实验的基础处上,设计两个正交组合①直接进行超声波提取。②将相同原料配比的样品先浸润24h后再进行超声波提取,通过正交分析得出最佳提取工艺。最佳工艺条件浸润24h,料液比1∶30,超声波时间30min,乙醇浓度70%。先浸润再超声波提取可明显增加黄酮类化合物的提取得率,与传统方法比较具有提取效率高,提取产物纯等优点。 This paper studies the furthest craftwork of the ultrasonic way in distilling the flavone from Cordyceps kyushuensis Kob. Meanwhile, The influence of diyestion on the distillation ratio of flavones by ultrasonic is particularly studied, on the base of factorial test, two orthogonal tests are designed, one is straightly distilling flavones by the ultrasonic way, the other is distilling after diyestin 24h. The prime craftwork, diyesfing 24 hours, ratio of material and liquor, 1 : 25, time of ultrasonic, 30rain, concentration of ethanol: 70%. The ratio of distilling flavones is increased distinctively by after diyesting 24 hours the uhrasonic way. Compared with the traditional way, the ultrasonic way has high rate with pure production.
