摘要
从中西医的病因病机、病理和治疗等方面对慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)的主要并发症——心脏病变的研究进展进行系统阐述。以中医学“心肾相关”为理论依据,在中医中药领域内寻找有效的治疗方法和药物,并从降低毒素、改善心脏功能、逆转左室重构方面着手,观察其临床疗效及其作用机制,是一项很有意义的探索性工作。
This paper reviews the research advances on the heart disorders due to chronic renal failure from the perspectives of etiology, pathogenesis and treatment in both Chinese and western medicine. Based upon the Chinese medical theory that heart is closely related to kidneys, Chinese medicine is effective to reduce toxin, improve heart function and reverse left ventricular remodeling, hence to find effective treatment and mechanism in Chinese medicine, which is of great significance in clinical practice.
