摘要
通过对1983~2004年河南省审定花生品种的品质进行分析,结果表明:35个审定花生品种平均脂肪含量为52.42%;平均蛋白质含量为26.39%;平均油酸亚油酸比值为1.14.综合分析表明,这些品质指标普遍偏低,是河南省花生育种中存在的关键问题,并提出了花生品质育种的方向.
The quality of peanut varieties released by the Crop Variety Approval Committee of Henan province between 1983 - 2004 was analyzed, qlae results indicated that in the 35 peanut varieties, the average content of fat,protein and O/L was 52.42%, 26.39% and 1.14 respectively. Lower quality in peanut breeding in Henan province was showed. The direction of peanut breeding in further was put forward.
