Consideration of Some Issues of Sweet Potato Industrialization

分析了甘薯产业化开发中涉及的品种、栽培、加工和市场等方面的现状及存在问题,提出了提升甘薯产业化水平的若干对策。

The value of sweet potato in nutrition, health care and medicine has widely attracted people＇s attention. It is more necessary to develop sweet potato industrialization. Based on the analyses of variety, cultivation, processing, marketing and existing problems in sweet potato industrialization, in this paper some countermeasures to promote sweet potato industrialization were discussed.
