高硼对固始鸡胸腺胚后发育的影响 被引量:2

摘要 将120只1日龄固始鸡随机分为2组,饮水中分别添加0、200mg/L硼,每周每组取鸡10只,解剖取胸腺,称重,制作切片,光镜观察.试验结果:①试验组胸腺重低于对照组,胸腺/体重前3周低于对照组,4~6周高于对照组,但差异均不显著;②1~2周龄试验组胸腺组织结构出现退化,胸腺发育不良,3周龄起,试验组胸腺发育开始逐渐恢复.结论:饮水中添加200mg/L硼对固始鸡的胸腺发育,尤其是胸腺的早期发育有明显抑制作用. A total of 120 one day-old Gu-shi chicken were randomly divided into two groups with drinking water supplemented with 0 and 200 mg/L boron. Ten chicken in each group were slaughtered at each week. The thymus was obtained, weighted, made into slices, and the slices were observed by microscope, The results were as follows :①Compared with control group, the thymus weight(TW) of chickens in experiment group were obviously lower, and the ratios of thymus weight to body weight (TW/BW) showed higher at 1- 3 week, and lower at 4- 6 week, ②At 1, 2 week-age, the thymus structure of experiwent group presented degeneration, the thymus development were hypogenetic, From 3 week-age, the thymus of chicken in experiment group began to recover, The results showed that the drinking water supplemented with 200 mg/L boron inhibited the thymus development, especially in the early development.
