铅对玉米种子萌发的影响 被引量:10

Effect of Lead on Maize Seed Germination

摘要 采用室内培养试验方法,研究了不同浓度的铅对玉米种子萌发的影响。结果表明,铅浓度5 mg/kg和25 mg/kg的处理发芽率稍高于对照;铅浓度5 mg/kg的处理根鲜重比对照高,其余处理均低于对照;随着铅浓度的增加,发芽率、芽长、根长、芽鲜重、根鲜重、芽干重、根干重及其抑制率等呈明显下降趋势。
