Innovating the pattern of raising agricultural talented person is the key of improving the quality of raising agricultural talented person. According to the exploration and practice for several years, we developed the pattern of raising talented person which raised the innovation ability and improved the practice skill and comprehensive quality for insuring that realized the goal of raising talented person by multiple approaches.
