大叶金花草微量元素的化学形态研究 被引量:8

摘要 采用原子吸收分光光度法,探讨了中草药大叶金花草中微量元素的初级和次级形态。初级形态结果表明,8种元素在原药中的含量特征如下:Ca>Mg>Fe>Mn>Cu>Zn>Cr>Ni,总提取率中Ni和Mg超过了50%,其他元素均在40%以下,各元素残留率中,Cr、Zn的头煎残留率最高(88.09%,81.35%),Ni的残留率最低(63.09%)。次级形态结果表明,元素的颗粒物浓度均远远超过可溶态,各金属成分只有少量以有机态结合,大多为无机结合态;Zn、Ca和Mg的游离态形态超过75%,Mn不存在游离态;Cu、Fe和Ni主要以不可交换的离子状态存在;鳌合柱分离表明Zn的不稳定态成分较多(62.82%),Ni没有不稳定态成分。 The primary and second speciation of eight trace elements in Stenoloma chusana(L.) Ching were determinated by atomic absorption spectrometry. The results of primary speciation showed that the content characters of eight elements in primary sample are as follows: Ca〉 Mg〉 Fe〉 Mn〉 Cu〉 Zn〉 Cr〉 Ni. The total extraction rations of Ni and Mg are more than 50% and those of the rest elements are less than 40%. The residue rations of Cr and Zn are higher (88.09% and 81.35%) than those of other elements, The residue ration of Ni is the least(63.09%). The results of second speciation showed that the contents of eight elements in particulate are far more than that in dissolved. Eight elements exist mostly in inorganic forms after extraction of CHCl3. The contents of free ions form of Zn, Ca and Mg are more than 75%. Mn hasn't any free ions form. After the separation of D-411 Chelating resin, the content of Zn in labile form is 62.82%. The contents of else elements in stable form are higher than those in labile form and Ni hasn't any labile form.
