摘要
知识经济时代的到来要求学校行政管理构建创新的机制。在分析高校行政管理创新内容的基础上,针对高等学校的行政管理提出了自己的思考:一是有效地整合大学资源;二是构建人性化的教学管理制度;三是利用信息化技术促进高校向国际化的建设方向发展。
The arrival of knowledge economy age requires the creative ideas and innovation for administrative organization in universities. Based on the analysis of the content of the innovation of administration in universities, the author puts forward some creative suggestions as following： Firstly, integrate university resources effectively; Secondly, setup humane teaching management system; Thirdly, internationalize university administration with the aid of information technology.
