在食品行业中,供应商的质量问题不仅导致产品的召回,同样导致了食源性疾病的爆发.供应商提供原料的质量问题,由于材料原因而导致的仅仅占损失的1/3,大约有2/3是一些非直接的经济损失引起的.
Supplier quality assurance (SQA) is the key link in the entire food chain. How it performs directly has an effect on the food quality and security. This session focused on finding out solutions and best practices to solve the problem in supplier selection and management shared by Janette Zhou,the quality & EHS manager of Cadbury Greater China.
