从20世纪70年代开始,HACCP就被引入到食品生产行业以保证食品安全.在中国,许多跨国企业采用这套体系,并结合自身发展的需求不断地改进创新,努力把观念从"质量控制"转变为"质量保证".
然而,对于实行HACCP的食品企业来说,更困难的是如何将该体系整合到生产运作流程中去,并不断地落实、跟进.
Space-age technology designed to keep food safe in outer space has become standard here on Earth since 1970s. Most multinational food companies in China adopted this system and develop their own safety and quality management system to turn the concept from QC to QA. However, it is much more important to integrate HACCP into your company's real practice and follow up continuously. In this article, Han Haizhou, the QA manager AP snacks in Greater China of Kraft Foods, would share his experience with readers.
